Rhod started his career with the city as an accounting clerk in GSD 25 years ago. And then moving on to the Airports, Public Works, Controller’s, DWP, Rec. & Parks, LAPD, DOT and many more departments. He had been seriously immersed in the profession in the past years. As LAMAAA president he intends to emphasize the lighter side of Accounting professionals.

Masters in Accountancy.

Bernie Apolonio holds two bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Economics. He graduated from college with distinction as an outstanding graduate in the School of Economics and Business Administration; CPA certified. At age 25, Bernie was already a junior executive at a medium-sized bank in the Philippines. He is currently a Principal Accountant at the City’s Department of Transportation.

Cris is currently working as a Sr. Auditor with the Housing Department. Prior to this he worked as an auditor, Chief Accountant and Controller in various private companies and in the City’s Public Works Dep. as an Accountant and a Sr. Accountant, as well as Department of Finance as a Tax Auditor.

Yolly is currently working as the Departmental Chief Accountant for the Information Technology Agency. Yolly started as an accountant at the Dept. of Transportation in 1991. She has also worked for Dept. of Rec. & Parks and General Services in her 16 years with the city.
